The need for an attorney for most people is a rare occurrence. Without a trusted referral it's difficult to know where to start or what to look for. iSeeklaw is designed for mobile devices and lets you use a variety of search filters focusing the search on exactly what you want saving time and increasing confidence in the process.
Once a relevant attorney or firm is located the client can contact by phone, email, social media, or learn more by browsing their website, videos, awards received, specialties and reviews.
For your average solo or small law firm the transition from traditional internet to mobile can be compared to the previous move from phone books to online. Most recognize that this transition is taking place but few understand how quickly it's happening and what stage we're in. What's more there are thousands of legal apps. Most of these are individual attorneys with their own app basically serving as another website. While nice to have it's not an advertising tool.
iSeeklaw appeals to the small firms because it provides a strong presence in the app world, lots of content customization, it's more effective than a stand alone app and it's a fraction of the cost.

We're looking to hire a savvy ad sales individual with the tenacity and skill to be effective in this space. Previous law firm sales is a plus but not required.
The Sales Process
Primarily by phone due to the busy nature of the demographic. Before contacting you'll do cursory research so that you can be knowledgeable about their practice. You will quickly qualify him/her and get right to the point so as not to waste your time or theirs. You will provide a concise high-level overview before inviting them to dive into the app and/or website to see if it's something they want to try. Sales cycle is short, 1 to 3 calls.
Bar Associations
We're recently begun working with Bar Associations as a resource to their member attorneys AND a resource to the client as an alternative to ineffective and outdated referral Bar referral services.
This presents an amazing opportunity for residual and passive commissions from Bar Association you work with, especially those with many thousands of members if you are willing to put in the time to close them.
Company/Opportunity
We're a small company and are very selective about who we work with, you should have the necessary abilities but also a genuine interest in our product and industry. Advancement opportunity is considerable.
This is an independent contractor position and as such no salary is possible. Performance-based promotion can include changes relating to compensation structure. Management promotion is possible and expected as well.
