A reputable IT organization in Goleta is looking for a new Customer Service professional. Your skill set can range from 1-3 years of experience in the field as we have an excellent training program. Being the main point of contact for customer inquiries
Building trusting relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent customer service skills
Account Management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a timely fashion
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
BA/BS degree preferred
