Sales Associate (Downtown Santa Barbara)
Seeking qualified individuals to join our team assisting customers with a variety of services (Notary, printing documents from digital files, emailing, faxing, private mailbox rental, mail forwarding, shipping, packaging, passport photos) while providing exceptional customer service.
We currently have one permanent full-time time position open. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years clerical/retail experience. We are looking for individuals who are committed to securing long term employment. Successful candidates will complete our online training courses along with hands on experience in delivering customer service that is exceptional. If you enjoy working with a diverse group of customers and making their life a little easier by providing efficient and professional service, are organized and can pay meticulous attention to detail, this position may be for you!
Candidates should have a working knowledge of Excel and Word. It is a definite plus if you currently have a Notary Public commission. Experience with graphic design programs and/or having worked in a print/copy shop environment is also a skill set we are looking for.
