Responsibilities:

Home-Based Instruction:
- Conduct tutoring sessions at the students' homes, creating a comfortable and familiar learning environment.

Tailor Lessons to Age-Appropriate Activities:
- Design activities that align with the developmental stage of each age group.
3.
Focus on Basic Language Acquisition (for younger children):
- Emphasize foundational language skills, vocabulary, and simple expressions.
4.
Incorporate Engaging Materials and Games (for older children):
- Integrate age-appropriate materials, technology, and interactive games to make lessons enjoyable.
5.
Patience:
- Demonstrate patience and understanding to accommodate diverse learning paces.
6.
Adapt Teaching Style to Each Child's Pace:
- Recognize individual learning styles and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
7.
Effective Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with both students and parents.
8.
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Native Spanish Speaker - Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting - Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) www.
