We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist, Assistant Property Manager, and/or Property Manager.
You will work in a dynamic and fun office with other excellent employees and will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations.

Potential Duties Include (depending on role):
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities - Assist with rent collection and financial reporting processes - Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks as needed - Assist with property leasing activities, including conducting tours, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards - Assist with facilities management, including vendor coordination, contract management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong customer relationship management skills - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Previous experience in sales or property leasing is a plus - Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management practice is a plus - Familiarity with property management software (e.
