A candidate for this position will have at least one year of clerical experience and a high school diploma or equivalent to gain initial entry into the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1.
Work with team member on assigned portfolio Communicate with team member Communicate with property supervisors Preparation of owner monthly financial statements if assigned 2.
Accounts Receivables Check Scanning Data Entry Ledger troubleshooting Communication with tenants when necessary 3.
Accounts Payable Data Entry of Invoices o Cutting Checks o Proofing of Checks o Final processing of invoice with check number and date paid o Mail payments Log in to retrieve and print invoices for auto paid utility bills Monitor AP mailbox as necessary and forward items to responsible party or print invoices Daily monitoring of property funds to ensure positive balances 4.
3-Day Notice preparations and follow-up with property supervisors 5.
Monthly rent reminders 6.
Bank Reconciliations - (daily, weekly and monthly) as assigned 7.
Processing of Security Deposit refunds 8.
Data entry of new tenants/new leases 9.
Data entry of rent increases and tenant charges 10.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned 11.
Banking errands as needed 12.
Seasonal oOvertime work as needed during IV turnover Job Type:
