We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant who possesses a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy office environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks effectively.
You will excel in this position if you are an effective communicator with good judgment and have the ability to change tasks at a moment's notice.
Job Functions:
Fully support partners and managers in the firm Able to communicate and provide service support to clients with confidence and ease Manage and maintain detailed projects to completion Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Organize documents in electronic files Support various departments within the firm, including tax, audit and client accounting services Other administrative related duties as needed
Qualifications:
This is a full-time position.
It is desired that the candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 5 to 10 years of business experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment.
Project management experience required.
Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including MS Office a must.
Opportunity to learn industry leading software available.
Candidate must have the ability to problem solve and work through technical issues that may arise.
Willing to work flexible hours when needed.
The candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
They must also enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
