In the office assistant role, you will perform various day-to-day tasks in support of the organization.
These tasks often include organizing and filing documents, helping with check run, daily work, answering phone calls, and greeting guests.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by completing your tasks effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities in this position will include:
Processes requests, ensuring alignment with company protocols Perform data entry and other office tasks as needed Maintains Files (manual and computerized) Professionally answers phone calls and responds promptly to employee and customer inquiries Welcomes customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and deliver mail based on predetermined criteria Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skilled required:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Positive and professional work attitude Detail-oriented Multi-Tasking Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
