Nestled in the foothills of Santa Barbara, we invite and encourage our members and staff to enjoy life through exercise, competition, and friendship.
The Position:
The Front Desk Staff are the first impression people receive when they enter the Club, and are depended upon to provide the customer service that Members and visitors expect.
We are looking for an energetic, team player, who loves working in a health, fitness and wellness environment and has an interest in sport.
Main Responsibilities All front desk essentials such as greet and welcome members and guests.
Assist members with their requests.
Answer incoming calls and assign tennis courts.
Cash handling and POS In charge of assisting the General Manager with the Front Desk staff scheduling.
Assist with staff training Manage Group Fitness Assist with updating guidelines, signage and communications Give prospective members a tour of the club.
Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Knowledge of tennis/ a tennis player preferred.
Management experience required Computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, POS, Flexibility to sub as needed Team player Compensation and

45pm 4 days a week, schedule to be discussed -Compensation:
$18.
00 per hour to start -Includes a Single Membership to the club -tennis, swim and gym -90 day probationary period -Discounted employee meals Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
