Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records - Assit with data entry of customer information - Assist customers with product information and recommendations - Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Experience:
