- Oversee and manage Parts and Service Department - Provide guidance to customers and support to technicians, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Book in customers bikes for service.
- Cashier customers parts and service.
- Stock control of Parts and accessories - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Skills:
- Proficiency in LightSpeed a big Plus! - Computer proficiency is a must - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven experience in customer service or related field - Knowledge of motorcycle repair is needed - Familiarity with procurement management and supply chain processes - Proficiency in using order management systems or similar software - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills We are a small, friendly shop.
Currently we carry 1 motorcycle brand, Ducati, but we are growing and will be adding new Brands soon.
