We are looking for a stable, detail oriented person to help complete our accounting and customer service team.
Position Summary Under general supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the accounting and customer service team.
Primary Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Customer Service Invoice review, scanning Check processing, mailing Vendor maintenance Payment posting Filing, clerical work, miscellaneous administrative projects Opening, sorting, and distributing mail Assist in monthly reconciliations Maintain clear and consistent communication Perform other duties as assigned Skills Required Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate and enhance the team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to think creatively and analytically with good problem-solving skills Strong independent work ethic Ability to maintain a professional attitude in all situations Proficient in computer software - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Accounting experience is preferred Job Types:
