Provider Offices assigned in San Luis Obispo Job Summary The primary responsibility of this position is leading, engaging, and facilitating the development of CenCal Health's provider network through recruitment, contracting, communication, and developing relationships to support strategic organizational objectives.
This position is responsible for advocating, appealing, recruiting, contracting, educating, maintaining, and improving provider participation and satisfaction.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, or a related field? AND At least 3 years of experience working with Medi-Cal/Medicaid/Medicare populations? OR If you don't have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, do you have at least 4 years of experience working in a health plan, healthcare, or public health environment specifically with Medi-Cal/Medicaid/Medicare populations? Our ideal candidates for this position should have a strong background in Health Admissions, Patient Care, Referral Coordination, Health Education Outreach Coordination, and Pharmaceutical Representatives.
