You are the first person the clients speak with and LUCKY YOU, the first friendly face the pets see when they arrive! You will be busy and active while engaging with our wonderful clients and their pets, from their first puppy or kitten visit throughout their pets' lives.
You will be constantly learning about pet medicine, answering many questions, helping to educate our clients, precisely communicating with the doctors and the medical support staff to ensure we are providing the most compassionate and efficient service possible.
If you are an exceptional, smart, efficient and proactive client service super star, who is a quick thinker, then we want you to join our brilliant and friendly client service staff.
You must be a team player, compassionate, computer savvy, polished in your communication, love animals and people and be personable and outgoing.
You will:
Work closely with our clients and their pets, both in person and on the phone Provide patients with a high level of patient care Enjoy working individually and as a team with a great work ethic Have strong people skills, focused on quality of care and ensure superb client satisfaction Excel at communication skills, both listening and speaking, with your colleagues and with our clients Focus on the task at hand with complete follow-through for every patient Continually re-prioritize throughout the day Have a commitment to excellent client service Possess strong organizational skills We will provide:

We diagnose and treat patients with innovative technology, including digital x-rays, endoscopy and cardiac and abdominal ultrasound.
You will assist doctors and the medical support staff who treat our patients (dogs, cats, small mammals) with compassionate care and with strong attention to detail.
In person and on the phone, you will interact with our great clients who love their pets, providing top-notch customer service.
