- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct them to the appropriate department - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with check-out procedures, including reviewing charges and providing receipts - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
