Vice President, Total Rewards

As Vice President, Total Rewards, you will activate differentiated reward programs and practices that will power our growth by attracting, motivating and keeping an exceptional and diverse team to propel us as we grow and scale.
Strategic and transformative Compensation, Total Rewards leader that applies creativity in evolving a best in class Total Rewards strategy, roadmap and inclusive practices and acts as a change agent as our company grows.
Develop and implement a three-year Executive Compensation strategy aligned with our Executive Compensation philosophy, pay for performance approach and key stakeholders.
Deliver rewards programs that are differentiated, valued, equitable and give us an edge in attracting & retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Enable leaders to make great equitable rewards decisions and have productive pay conversations.
Redesign Processes and Leverage Technology to Scale through end to end review of HCM, Talent, Compensation and Benefits processes to optimize for efficiency, customer experience and scale.
Elevate our approach to process design and system development with improved project management, change management and design thinking.
Develop people analytics capability and design an approach to reporting that creates real time insights that are readily accessible and action oriented.
Build and retain a high performing team, Define and apply strong governance practices to our rewards processes to mitigate the biggest risks and demonstrate compliance.

years in a Compensation/Total Rewards leadership role, leading a team of 5
people Experience creating a total rewards/compensation strategy and programs in a high tech or SAAS company is preferred Track record of regular interaction with senior-level executives, the Board of Directors at a public company and driving company-wide initiatives Strong relationship builder, who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment Compensation & Benefits The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is:
$175,000 - $300,000.
The actual base salary for this role may vary greatly to account for the wide range of skills, experience, and qualifications that candidates may possess at this level.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
