The Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society accredited Advanced Veterinary Specialists as a Level II Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Facility in January 2015.
Only two veterinary hospitals in California have received the Level II distinction, and one of them is AVS! This certification is intended to recognize hospitals who go over and beyond the basic requirements set forth by VECCS.
VECCS does this in an effort to raise the standard for treatment while also promoting public and professional awareness of the importance of providing emergency and critical patient care for veterinary patients.
We are seeking a Client Service Lead to guide and develop our department.
Client Service Coordinators are the critical first point of contact with SAGE Centers for our clients and we need a smart, experienced leader for our wonderful Santa Barbara hospital.

Some of the responsibilities you'll own in this role:
Manage a team of Client Service Coordinators Ensure all team members provide an exceptional client experience Complete monthly schedule and ensure adequate coverage Manage department payroll and staffing costs, to include review and approval of timecards Fill in as a Client Service Coordinator as needed Ensure daily financial close is properly complete Participate in development of and refinements to best practices (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance Deliver results in areas of staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety Basic required qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced, high volume client service setting A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, positive professional attitude and demeanor Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communications systems Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing Valid California driver's license, proper vehicle registration, and California's minimum automobile insurance coverage requirement
Qualifications:
Experience with Vetspire or EzyVet software Client service experience in a veterinary clinic Work schedule:
Full-Time Open availability preferred with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Perks:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
