Eighteen years ago, we hired our first Service Desk Technician and today he manages our Service Team as our President.
Ten years ago, we hired a student intern who graduated and now serves as our Controller.
Four years ago, we opened an office in Littleton, Colorado.
With growth comes opportunity and today we are looking for an IT Support Desk Technician Tier 3 Responsibilities for an IT Support Desk Technician Tier 3:
Partnerships Small upstream projects (that do not qualify or fit for Project team) coordination and execution.
Network infrastructure installations, upgrades, implementations (firewalls, switches, WAPs, etc.
) Computer deployments in groups 3
that are not projects.
Software deployments and upgrades at the server/network level.
Change-requests Training requests Audits Trend remediation Tools management assistance Help with updates and maintenance.
Implementation of basics (scripts, etc.
) Security rollouts New tools, updates, etc.
Standardization Introduce new ideas for automation Systematically work to reduce time spent on tickets, reduce number of tickets per endpoint and the overall escalations need.
Metrics:
Timeline and efficiently execute task list as defined by Service leadership team consisting of partner pain points, team pain points and security initiatives.
Help increase time margin and gross service margin Reduce tickets per endpoint Reduce time spent per ticket Increase revenue supported per technician Increase nodes supported per technician Reduce escalations Qualifications for an IT Support Desk Technician Tier 3:
Enjoys working with people and excels at problem-solving.
3 years of experience in the IT field as a consultant or member of an IT Department.
Certifications in Microsoft 365 and Azure services, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, CompTIA Network
and Mac OSX are very helpful.
