Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage program, including wine, food pairing, and craft cocktails, that aligns with our upscale restaurant concept Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and expenses, to maximize profitability Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and seasonal specials General Management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale dining establishment Strong passion for wine, food, and cocktails, with extensive knowledge of current beverage trends and pairings Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail Proven track record of managing costs, controlling inventory, and maximizing profitability General Management
