Business Development Assistant

- Provides support for Business Development activities such as client relationship management and social media marketing.
- Answers email inquiries and phone calls while ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to questions, concerns, and client request.
- Serve as the contact point for clients and deliver messages and reports.
- Obtains positive and negative feedback from patients and referral sources, reporting the information to the appropriate teams.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Schedules client meetings and patient appointments.
- Updates and maintains the Excel filing systems, performing light data entry as required.
- Drafts social media, website, and marketing content and updates sites as needed.
- Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Applicant must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn.
Applicant must be motivated, customer service oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail.
The applicant must also have reliable transportation.
