It is imperative that they set a positive and friendly tone and be pro-active in assisting with the needs of our members and their guests.
The standard will be set high for our staff in the areas of cleanliness, organization, and service.
The following standards will be followed without exception.
There will be a golf services staff member always stationed near the bag room helping our members and their guests.
Staff will ensure there are ample number of carts staged and ready.
Including Scorecard, pencil, 2 clean towels and sand bottles.
Area should be clutter free and well kept.
Staff members should always be visible and acknowledge all members and their guest's who enter the staging area.
The Practice facility is completely stocked and all stations are in line and orderly.
Short Game and Putting areas are clean of scattered balls; all stations are stocked with bag holder, tees, and alignment rod.
Staff members will complete this act several times throughout the day.
Each staff member should acknowledge and interact professionally with any member or guest they may encounter throughout the day.
As a staff member, you should always have a smile on your face, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist our members and their guests to enjoy the The Valley Club golf experience.
Everyone should welcome players upon their arrival, ask if they are enjoying their round at the turn, greet them again as they are finished with their round.
