This is a part-time position at our headquarters in downtown Santa Barbara! Primary
Responsibilities:
Source, assess and select candidates for sales positions Conduct a high volume of daily phone prescreens Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the acquisition process Track day-to-day sourcing activity in applicant tracking system Advocate and professionally represent our company Skills & Requirements:
Capacity to set and attain personal goals Ability to prioritize and manage time well Comfortable on the phone Outstanding interpersonal skills Energy and positivity, with a professional attitude Team-oriented with the ability to balance urgent, ongoing and competing demands Founded in 2000 by three UCSB graduates without a single dollar of outside investment, PayJunction has gone from bootstrapped to billions in processing.
