We provide housing, education and support programs for individuals, families and the community.

What We're Looking For:
A candidate who has 3 - 5 years experience as an HR Manager in the mental health/ physical health care field.
A leader committed to working on-site to deliver their excellent interpersonal, negotiation, employee relations, and conflict resolution skills.
Someone who has experience successfully adjudicating workers comp claims and labor disputes.
A compassionate leader with a personal passion for change management and innovation in the field of human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Mental Wellness Center CEO, Directors and Managers to develop the organization's goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Develop, coordinate, and implement policies and activities to support the organization's initiative to be a healthy workplace and a role model for other community employers.

pdf Cultivate a culture of leadership, kindness, respect, empathy, and compassion.
Work with the HR Representative to coordinate department workflow.
Develop and execute best practices for hiring, onboarding, and talent management.
Conduct research and analysis of local, regional and organizational trends.
Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources.
Facilitate professional development and training activities for HR staff and company leaders.
Perform other duties as required.
Compensation and Benefits Package:
This is a full-time exempt position with a starting salary of between $74,000-$95,000 per year depending on skills, talent, and experience.
Mental Wellness Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental insurance; paid vacation, holidays, and sick time; a 401(k) tax-sheltered retirement savings plan with employer match.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience required.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
