We are looking for motivated, team players with excellent customer service and attention to detail to join our Human Resources Team! What you will do Use your high attention to detail to process all new hire offer paperwork, provide weekly audits and assist with national and international employee transfer processes Distribute offer paperwork to Payroll and relevant departments Enter data and update records in the HRIS and maintain employee record filing Use your customer centric approach and responsiveness to respond to general employee inquiries and provide assistance resolving issues Use your innovation and people skills to coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives and events Use your creativity to create employee facing communication- posters and flyers Assist with administrative support to include travel back up, updating shared drives, monitoring assigned inboxes and ordering required posters or supplies related to HR Use your people skills to provide excellent customer service, in-person, email, and by telephone.
Ensure new hire documents are complete and available for audit when necessary Assist with maintenance logs for corporate lodging Prepares periodic reports for management and perform other duties as assigned Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment guidelines and regulations Be part of a great team and collaborate with HR team members across the U.
