Quick Apply Part-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Time Keeping/Payroll portion will be responsible for maintaining payroll system in Quick Books and processing paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount.
The duties include consolidating time sheet information and entering data into QB payroll database, calculating paycheck amounts, and distributing funds to employee accounts.
Minimum 2 hours Monday through Friday with additional 6 hours for each payroll cycle (24 yearly cycles).
Time Keeping/Payroll portion will be responsible for maintaining payroll system in Quick Books and processing paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount.
The duties include consolidating timesheet information and entering data into QB payroll database, calculating paycheck amounts, and distributing funds to employee accounts.
HR portion is responsible for providing administrative support to company Senior Management by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.
Their duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department.
AIMdyn uses Quick Books (QB) payroll software to prepare its semi-weekly payroll cycles as well as all financial reports.
Payroll must be prepared on the 1stof each month regardless of the day of the week it falls.
The 16thpayroll can normally be processed on a regular workday.
Payroll/timekeeping Experience required:
Experience with payroll software packages - Quick Books required, Experience with processing Federal and State tax payments, Experience registering with States outside CA for payroll tax purposes, Experience with MS Excel spreadsheet development and upkeep, Experience with ACH and wire processing, Experience with A/R and A/P processing, Experience with Profit and Loss and Balance sheet maintenance.
Human Resource Experience required:
Experience with maintaining all current and termed employee files, Experience with processing all new hires and terminations, pay increases and pay adjustments.
Notify managers of evaluations that are due and distribute evaluation forms.
Process all background checks in a timely manner.
Process all insurance, 401k, leaves of absence documents, verifies accuracy, Process payroll twice a month and process ACH payment, Process and report on the job injuries, Make necessary corrections to payroll as needed.
Perfect candidate would be a stay-at-home parents with required experience located near the Santa Barbara office.
